He was very responsive and very good at helping ease our tensions building our home. The ONLY downside so far has been the city of Fishers permitting takes longer than expected. We were about a month late breaking ground from the original estimated timeline laid out for us. They do a good job overall, but the rate at which they put them up seems to impact quality control and things get overlooked... My fiancée and I just moved here and we absolutely love this neighborhood! Building here was also such a breeze with our project manager Greg and he gave us our dream home that we never thought we’d have.

He takes time to check in with me periodically and drives by the construction site to keep up to date on the progress. Obviously Steve truly loves his job because he does it so well and always goes above and beyond what is expected. He kept us updated weekly on the progress of our home ; responded to our calls and texts answering our many questions. The building process was very smooth and fast.
He took us to the sites and made sure we got the most for out money. We look forward to the rest of the experience. We love the neighborhood and the convenience to all the stores in Cranberry, the Turnpike and Highways. We also have walking access to Graham Park for long walks. This was our first purchase with Ryan Homes.
Originally, we did not plan to purchase a new construction home. Betty and the entire Ryan Homes team have been extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. We greatly appreciated the time that Betty and Andrea took to walk us through the entire process. From the walkthrough models, choosing the design of our home, and working through the purchasing process, it has been a great experience.
Then I met the salesperson Steve Butler and new I was in the right place. Steve was friendly and very knowledgeable about the homes. He took his time explaining all and was patient with all my questions. He has been there every step of the way, answering questions, and providing updates as available.
Kathy was very patient with our many questions and concerns as she knew all the answers or found out the information we requested. She is a very personable lady and joy to work with! We are thrilled to be owners of a new Ryan Home -and she was instrumental in this!
