Our Project Manager, Mark, is a very thorough project manager. We appreciate his continually keeping us updated through every stage of planning and building our new home. Many times, Mark answered our questions even before we asked, whether at the pre-construction meeting or the walk through--all was fully explained. Mark is confident in his knowledge and all aspects about the homes being built, which put us, the homeowner, at ease. We especially appreciate the weekly photos and explanations of our building. Mark and Kathy are truly assets to Ryan Homes.

A must if you are looking to built a new home. She was awesome and we’re definitely impressed by the whole process they have to get you in a new awesome home. Love the new house - Bridget and Kevin were outstanding! Bridget is professional, dedicated, sweet and truly looks out for her clients! Move in day was right at a month ago and the neighbors have all been so friendly.

The trend I noticed is that the house is done up to make it pretty but done cheaply, any warranty claim is then denied as normal wear and tear. As time went on more spots in the hardwood floors needed to be re-glued, the garbage disposal leaked because it was not assembled properly and more nail pops appeared. The floors were re-glued in multiple places multiple times and there are still spots that pop.
This is the third house we have built and has been by far the best experience. Responsiveness does not begin to describe the Ryan Homes Team. Within two weeks, Cory got us a great signed contract. He was available at anytime and anywhere we needed him.

The homes were nice and the Christmas 🎄 lights were beautiful. I believe they are going to be very happy there. It was a pleasure working with both Ashley and Jim throughout our build. They always went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our dream home.
My wife and I are about 2/3rds complete with our home build. The thought of building a new home was extremely scary and stressful. She answered all of our questions and continually put our fears to rest. No matter how silly we felt the question, she answered them in a timely manner and made us feel as if we were her only clients. He is an incredible person to work with as well. Again, no question went unanswered and he broke down every aspect of the build.
I truly appreciate the promptness, the professionalism, the patience, the kindness and the expertise of thise entire team. After conducting research, my situation is not unique. The poorly constructed home has caused financial hardship and stress for my family who recently located from Baltimore County to Carroll County. We are mortified and stressed that a home that cost well over $500,000 has experienced this level of construction nightmares over the last six years. The club house has a good pool, pool tables, horse shoes, a great golf simulator, and a nice putting green. Kathy at the townhome sales office and Jack the project manager are great and super easy to work with.
We are a relatively young couple and are very easy going so things that might bother a person/family with picky needs or taste on a house do not bother us... And I say this because of the negative comments on google. Also, some of the negative comments are from people that don’t even live in The Conservacy, so please don’t base this neighborhood and homes on the stars you see. So my advice is, go visit yourself and see for yourself. And come with a list of questions and concerns before committing to buying a home.
In addition, he and Corey held weekly calls with us to discuss progress and to lay out the next steps in construction. Kevin went into great detail during our final walk through discussing details of the house, routine maintenance, and warranty info. Steve Eichler was our finance officer, and was very helpful in discussing loan options and setting up our closing. Turnberry was the very first home site that we visited and we immediately fell in love with it.
We choose the same interior as the model home and it matches our furniture and decor beautifully. I never hear the garage door open and close even though it’s beneath my bedroom, let alone hear anything from outside. Moving everything to Gilberts was very smooth, everyone is extremely friendly. Since we moved during this awful winter, I must say they also are on top of plowing in this area!

The coworkers have a negative mentality and are very "clicky". The environment at Ryan Homes in the Dayton Division was just so sour. Most of the sales staff are drugged out of their minds because of the pressures management put on us. Several people came and left during my three years here and they all said the same thing. You only have one life, try and enjoy it by working for a company that values you - unfortunately, Ryan Homes is not that company. Only about 15 percent built but good feelings for the future.
